These terms govern use of Fresno County Inmate Population. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site, its search tools, or its links to outside services.

Fresno County Inmate Population is privately owned and is not affiliated with any sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or government body. Neither this site nor its advertising or search partners provide consumer reports, background checks, or FCRA-covered screening services.

What This Website Is

This site is a private reference guide for Fresno County jail, inmate, court, state-prison, federal, immigration, and public-record resources. It does not store official records, certify custody status, release anyone, post bond, file court documents, or act for any public agency.

The site may point visitors to government sources such as the Fresno Sheriff Inmate Info Center, NextRequest, Fresno Superior Court, CDCR CIRIS, the BOP Inmate Locator, ICE ODLS, and VINELink, and it may connect visitors with third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not use information found here to stalk, threaten, harass, or harm another person.
  • Do not use site content for employment, housing, lending, insurance, licensing, or similar eligibility decisions.

No FCRA Use

Fresno County Inmate Population is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide consumer reports, credit reports, background checks, or screening products. You agree not to use anything from this site or linked partner tools for:

  • Hiring, firing, promotion, or workplace decisions.
  • Tenant screening or housing eligibility.
  • Credit, lending, insurance, or rate-setting decisions.

Outside Sites

Links may lead to jail rosters, sheriff and corrections pages, Fresno Superior Court resources, public-record portals, legal resources, and third-party search services. Those sites are not controlled by Fresno County Inmate Population, and their content, uptime, privacy practices, fees, and terms are their own responsibility.

No Warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. No warranty is made that:

  • Any information is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular use.
